i made awesome grilled chicken last night and i would like to remember the recipe while it’s still fresh in my mind:

cover the boneless skinless breast with 2 parts paprika 2 parts Goya adobo* and 1 part Old Bay

get the grill pan very hot and then add coconut oil

place chicken in pan and let sit until you really can’t take it anymore. then pour yourself a drink. then flip the chicken and lower the heat.

chicken should be done sometime soon thereafter,

yes awesome good, can’t wait to make it again. the heat from the coconut oil basically turned the spice rub into a crust while adding a very subtle sweetness

*Goya adobo is very important to have, the one with the red cap specifically.
